Tren Ace / Test P - Guidance needed

Need thoughts on Test(Prop)/Tren(Ace) Cycle & PCT
I've been reading this and many other steroid forums for quite a while but have never actively participated previously so let me take this opportunity to thank you all for all the knowledge and experience that you've put the effort into posting on this forum and elsewhere.

I am planning on cycling test-p, tren-a, winny and anavar starting december and would like your opinions and thoughts on the cycle I planned along with its Inra and Post Cycle Therapy plans.

My stats are:

28 Years old (Been lifting seriously for about two and a half years)
Height 5' 11"

185 Pounds (Hard Gainer, I swear I tried.. Out of all the people I know I eat the most!)

Previous Cycles (8 Weeks Deca @ 500mg/Week / Test P 675mg/Week)
Great Gains out of that cycle but recovery took long because I got a different opinion as to how I should've carried my PCT out. I started with Clomid/Nolvadex/Proviron and a 5000iu shot of HCG on the first day of PCT. That lasted for about a week but I was told that the Proviron wasn't helping (i.e. shutting me down) and I was advised to stop my PCT for 5 days and then start it all over again using Arimidex 1mg/Day for 30 days.

I would prefer a much faster recovery with the cycle I intend to start in December in order to maintain as much gains as possible and this is why I'm posting this thread.

I lift intensly 4 days a week (Sat/Sun/Tues/Thu) and follow that up with 25-30min of cardio

Proposed Cycle

Cycle
Days 1-60 70mg Test-Prop ED
Days 1-60 50mg Tren-Ace ED
Days 36-60 40mg Anavar ED
Days 36-67 75mg Winstrol (Oral) ED

Intra Cycle Therapy
0.5 Adex EOD days 1-60
500iu HCG Days 44-65 E3D (i.e days 44, 47, 50, 53, 56, 59, 62, 65)

Post Cycle Therapy (Starts on day 68)
1 Week HCG 1000iu EOD
3 Weeks of Clomid starting at 300mg first day then 100mg for 10 days and then 50mg for 10 days
3 Weeks of Nolvadex start at 40mg first week then 20mg for 2 weeks

BTW, I already inject myself with 4iu/day of HGH 5 or 6 days a week

I have access to proviron / tribulus / dostinex (cabergoline) but no idea as to where those would fit best or if they would add any benefit to begin with.

Your opinions and thoughts will be very much apprecaited especially on the intra and post-cycle PCT plan.

Breakfast 5 to 8 boiled egg whites + 100 to 150 grams of oat cereal w/skimmed milk + banana + 2 scoops of whey protein
Mid-day snack 100grams of oat cereal w/skimmed milk
Lunch - high protein meal (e.g footlong tuna subway sandwich on brown bread or 2 chicken breasts)
1 hour pre workout - 2 scoops of casein protein + banana
Post workout - mrp protein shake (40g protein) mixed with a scoop of whey (skimmed milk) + 5g glutamine
Post cardio - 3 sweet potatoes + 5 to 8 boiled egg whites
Dinner - high protein no carbs meal (e.g. Grills, steak or chicken salad)
Before bed - 2 scoops of casein protein + 10g glutamine

Supplements used : multi vitamin, n.o. Preworkout drink, glutamine, BCAA powder, arginine, calcium, tribulus, omega 369 fish oil, b-complex vitamin, yohimbe, msm joint-support, 4iu hgh 5 to 6 days a week, kidney health tablets and liv-52 for liver support

I might of missed something here or there but that's basically it.

What does this all equal in Carbs, Protein and Calories?

Sorry for my ignorance.. I do realize that I should calculate it but I haven't gotten to doing so.. I basically try to eat as much as I can and keep it clean at the same time.. I'm a very hard-gainer
 
that looks like a very solid diet to be honest...i wish i had the cash to spend on a cycle AND al those eggs and protein shakes.. but never run winstrol and var together..it makes no sense. var is better. and two orals at the sametime is very unnecessarily tough on your liver..especially since they're so similar a product imo.
 
I already have the winny and var. Are you recommending I scrap the winny out? Would the Liv-52 be sufficient to combat any liver toxicity issues? I've revised my cycle somewhat and created a PDF file outlining it. It's posted on another forum and I can't seem to download it using my iPad.. I'll try posting a screenshot of the thing.. Your comments would be very much appreciated..

Tren is pretty strong for a second cycle but it happens to be a fav of mine, I personally would drop the winny, nothing good ever came from it fo me, var now is a whole nother thing my friend I would start, Prop, Tren A and kill it with the var the last 4-6 weeks, it would be ideal, you don't need so much at the end winny and var together is not necessary at all, watch your liver buddy, it is precious, you'll need it for many more cycles to come.. IMO
 
For a second cycle that's a lot of prop.
I would keep the winny and drop the anavar.
You should not run the tren on your second cycle. Plus that is way too much tren for your first use.
 
Start with the var and end with the winny running them both together you'd get so pumped you probably couldn't finish your workouts

My prop intake would equate to 490mgs a week, I initially planned to dose it at 350mgs a week but then I thought that keeping the prop higher than the tren (350mg/week) would work to my advantage and would work better against the progenic effects of tren. I also plan to inject ED as opposed to EOD in order to avoid much fluctuation of the level of compounds used in my blood.

When it comes to orals and liver toxicity, I understand that such substances should not be taken for a prolonged period of time (10 weeks+) and I like the suggestion of starting out the cycle with the var and ending it with the winny. Thoughts?

Is 490mgs/week of prop really a lot? My test intake during my first cycle was around 675mgs/week and 500mgs/week of deca.. Results were awesome and PCT wasn't so bad. Yes it did take a few months to recover but I have myself to blame for not properly planning my intra and post cycle therapy.

I use Liv-52 daily and I also started using kidney health supplements so those should mitigate the risk of causing damage to those organs.

I still have around a month and a half prior to starting the cycle so I'm using this time on hand to properly research and understand my plan and manage my expectations in terms of results..

Its roughly the same amount of test as your first cycle and that is a lot of test. My first cycle was test and I only ran 300mg per week. But I am an old man so wth. The tren I would not run above 200mg for your first time. I was great at 200mg and better at 300 then got cought up and went to 400 it seriously took me months to get back to normal mentally. My then girlfriend/now wife was really pissed. That shit will make you crazy!!! Truely

I could start out with 350/week and taper than down if I end up noticing any sides that I cannot handle, if that sounds stupid please DO let me know..! the guidance of ppl with first hand experience is the reason why I'm on this forum to begin with..

I ran an almost identical cycle over the summer. I ran prop at 50 mg ED, tren at 50mg ed and var at 50 mg ed for 8 weeks. Best cycle to date for me for size strength and vascularity all in one. I ran 2.5 mg bromo ed and .25 mg adex ed along with 250 IU's per week of HCG. For pct, I ran HCGenerate, Unleashed, 50 mg clomid and tapered the adex off through 3 weeks. Best PCT for me. Reovery was perfect and lost minimal gains all the way up till now. Only issue I had was prolactin/prog rebound after PCT. Make sure if ur prone, u keep this in check. I never had any issues with gyno at all. Tren was a whole nother beast for me. I'm still fighting this gyno that popped up about a week AFTER PCT. Kinda fuked up. Thats my only issue with that cycle, and therefore i will not run tren again. Hope that helps. Best of luck to ya.
