Tren a 500 mg per week recomp. Please help with calories

Hi guys, I have not cycled in a while, and am not very happy with my current physique. I will give you some background. I am an experienced user and am five cycles deep. In my last cycle, I ran tren 525 mg a week with no sides except sweats (I am very lucky). This was back when I was heavier, and I am about 20 lbs lighter now.

My current stats are: 5'7, 185, 13.5% bf.

My goals for this cycle would be to recomp on tren for ten weeks. I would love to stay the same weight, but lose some fat.

Cycle would look like this:

Tren ace: 75 mg ed 1-10
Test p: 75 mg eod 1-10
Winny: 50 mg ed 5-10

Clen or eca ran throughout.

The reason test is so low is because it minimizes tren sides for me and I am not a fan of high test.

My questions:

Should I be eating at maintenance to recomp? My body responds best to high fat, high protein, moderate carbs (250-300/day)
What can I expect from this cycle? Tren has cut fat off me even when I was bulking with a lower dose.

Your calories, if you want to maintain you'll need to run around BMR calories (weight x 12), go with a modified bodyopus and you'll do well.
 
how old are you ?

winny with tren is a nightmare on the hair. you are gonna need to get n2shampoo for sure.. keep that in mind. i could not run them both together myself as not only was my hair falling out by the handfuls but i was getting headaches..

also with tren 525mg a week is a lot. yeah you aren't happy with your look, ummm.. none of us on here are!! thats why we bust our ass in the gym and go through the pain and sweat.. hell i have a broken finger and i'm still doing 3 plated deadlifts no gloves/no straps nothing.. just dealing with the pain.

you don't need to run that much tren. run only 200mg a week and focus on your diet and training.. not everybody gets shredded on tren.. i sure as hell don't... what happens when i run tren is i put on mass and strength .. people think because it doesn't aromatize that it somehow isn't a good bulker.. that is so false.

This is solid here. And I agree with Steve that if your concerned about hair loss n2shampoo is a must.
 
eat carbs at maintenance...wrap them around your training time...eat 80% of your total carbs post workout
if you want to lean out consider intermitent fasting.

You're talking about a TKD, very effective but not all guys can run it properly or get good results from it. At least 30% can't deplete enough during training and end up over-spilling the carb-load.
 
For recomp purposes, I typically do high days and low days. Make your high days on workout days, and your low days on your cardio/rest days. On high days try eating 20-30% above maintenance with higher carbs and on low days eat 20-30% below maintenance with low carbs.

That plan hass always worked well for me

Weird, I haven't had any issues with hair loss on Tren and Winny, not previous blasts or now (allthough some AAS stacks have made my hair fall off). I'm running GW-50 20 mg ED, Winny inj. 50 mg EOD, aprox. 200 mg of Tren A week and my current TRT dose (wich is too low at moment, have to go to my endo and fix dosing after this blast is done). Were you taking Winny tabs when you suffered hairloss? I have no idea how that would matter though...
Thanks to your great post I decided to try lowering my dosing on Tren, and it really works! I'm very thankfull you shared your experinces, that thread really helped me a lot, and so have your other posts.
Only problem/side effect is headaches, just like you mentioned above. They just hit me a few days ago, after 3 weeks in my blast, and I think it has a lot to do with weather, it's damn tropical summer here at the moment and weather has always affected me, my bloodpressure etc. On cycle or not. Anyway I will drop Winny after this week, so hopefully it will help with my headaches. A slight change in weather would be welcome too, I think I like lot more blasting Tren in wintertime, it's first time I'm running it in summer LOL!:cool:

you didn't have hairloss cause that isn't a side that everyone gets. however it doesn't mean in the future you won't get it. i am lucky as i still have a full head of hair in my 30's.. some guys start losing hair in their 20's and by 30's are bald. everyone is different.
 
the whole low carb/cal shit doesn't work on tren. unless you want to increase the shit out of your sides. if you don't want to sleep very well and if you want to feel blah all day then by all means go the low cal route on tren. however please don't come back on here and claim tren gave you sides and its a bad/dirty steroid just cause you ran it the way primo should be run. if you want to IF or run low carb then pick primo for that.

edit: when i say 'doesn't work on tren' i mean its not a good idea .. i hope guys don't get the wrong idea by my post cause there seems to be a lot of bullshit on the internets about tren. had a guy tell me on another forum to avoid cals before bed on tren and he was a mod!! then a few weeks later he came back and complained her can't sleep at all on tren and gets night sweats doh! how nice you got shredded but also sleep like shit. unless you are competing i don't see the point in putting your body through that just so you can impress the 19 year old chicks at the beach
 
I'm running Tren E right now, and have had zero sides at 400mg per week so far other than a lot of sweating.

But, per Steve's advice on Tren in the past, I decided to use a different approach to my diet while running it. I typically do IF, but abandoned it for this cycle and also increased overall cals and increased my carbs. Even my lower carb rest days don't go below 200g. I think this has really helped with keeping side effects down.

No, I ment that it's weird bc. I usually get that side effect, just not this time. I'm lucky that malepattern baldness doesn't seem to be present in my family genetics. My hair line started retreaving few years back, but I have still have enough of it left, and I'm just turning 30. :)
Absolutely agree that everybodys totally unique in every aspect, you just have to find what works best for you self and usually you can get some good directions from others experiences.

Ok guys, I am not one to bitch about sides. Yes, I do get nasty sometimes on low carb, but I am just naturally a d-bag sometimes.

The reason I get no sides besides aggression and feeling winded is that I have ways to control them.

I take (prescribed by my doc who knows I use aas)

Atenolol for blood pressure
Trazadone for sleep

Also taking prozac for anxiety and it works wonders

Slept like a baby even on 500 mg tren. Sheets were soaked but I don't care. Tren is honestly not that bad, winstrol honestly gives me more sides than tren.

Also, i have ran winny at 100 mgs/day with no problems with my hair, it was just very nasty on my shoulder joint.

And yes, I am planning on competing soon.

Its actually a principle i picked up on from the lean gains diet... worked well for me , but it might not be everybodys cup of tea :cool:

Lean gains is pretty much a TKD concept modified a bit. The problem with carb-overspill and being out of ketosis is a big one if ketogenic fat-loss is the goal. :) (no other reason to run low-carb)
