Treating the Dark, puffy bags UNDER my EYES

Ok, before I layout the 5k for the eyelift - what are your tips for treatment? I'm starting to use cold spoons and have just ordered some Elite Eye Serum.

These have shown up recently - like within the last 6 months. I'm pretty tan otherwise that would look much worse.

Advices?

well i've never tried emo oil, but i do know the old sliced Cucumber / Potato Eye Press thing works. cold slices, leave on eyes for like 20 min, puffiness gone. also ice if you can stand it. splash cold COLD water on your face a few times, you'll feel better all round not to mention AWAKE!!

Nivea Q10 eye cream for me. Sleep, ice, no smoking (or being around smokers).... That's the best i have to offer.
