Always carry underwear and baby wipes in your carry on. At least when they search your bag you will get a laugh.

I've had them throw away a bottle of lotion from my back pack, yet leave the huge bottle of pepto. I've also recently walked through security on 2 flights carrying a syringe, needle, and amps of my nausea meds on me. No alarms, nobody said a thing.

What they confiscate depends on their freaking mood, I use to have that job at the airport and we have guidelines but at the end you make the call based on what you think, so if the bitch is in a bad mood they'll take everything they can/want...
