Traumeel injections

Thought I would post a report--got the traumeel injections($30 for 10 amps) and injected them IM in the shoulder that was problematic--the one I had surgery on in Sept. I normally think anything that says homeopathic is garbage but this stuff works wonders. I couldn't raise my arm straight over my head and after the 2nd injection I had full range of motion equal to the other arm. I am gonna still take it easy for a while in the gym and use all 10 amps(1 every other day) but for $30 I think it was a good investiment

bro traumeel kicks ass. and if you can inject it inside then it is lethal and very effective.

I have some on the way as well for my forearm issues. tell me more info. what size needle did u use and how deep did u inject ?

the last time i did those injections was at an acupuncturist the day before my 5K. and it was a miracle what it did for me. however my problem returned cause of the constant pounding so you might want to keep doing more injections.

Just got my ampules, will keep you guys posted, I have a bursitis in my shoulder, that's really messing up my cycle! The pain has subsided a lot after 3 weeks of rest,, but there's still a minor discomfort that's bad in the mornings, if I sleep on my shoulder by mistake. Let's see how this helps, or I'll be forced to quit the cycle.

what size needle did u use and how deep did u inject ?

its arriving this week... i plan on using a 25G and go like half an inch in.. is that gonna work?

Sorry it took so long Steve--you can inject it IM or subQ but it is 2cc so that's alot subq. It is water based so a 25G is fine. I am using a 23 1 1/2 inch but that is just because that is what I have on hand. Really is great stuff--especially for the $$. Works better than NSAIDS and doesn't tear up your stomach like they can. Let me know how it works for you. I still have 4 amps and I may just hold on to them in case the shoulder flairs up again.

veterinary stores online is where i buy the injectable version which is what we are talking about.

its a total legal and safe homeopathic product.

you can buy the cream from any health food store but it goes on the skin and really isn't hardcore like the injectable. just imagine injecting a sports cream into your injury and feeling the nice cool relief, thats what it feels like.

got my stuff finally.. took a while shipping from canada.

well i injected myself in my trouble area in my legs and boom the pain is gone. 1 ampule is about 5 CC's so i spread it around in 5 injection sites on both legs. boy is it painful to inject in there and it will get bloody but gotta do what you gotta do.

make sure you have a lot of needles on hand and lots of wipes cause i recommend multiple injections in and around the area that is giving you trouble. i wouldn't just inject in one spot cause i tried that at first and it helped that one spot and a mm away i still had pain so best thing is to get a pen or marker and mark the spots that hurt. and then go in.. use ice to numb the area, it will help ease the pain of the injection.

and as jason said above dont worry its water based so it goes in smooth and quick which is what you want to do and then get the needle out and go for the other spots.

Shit I want to get in on this for my elbow but is this something that can be injected directly into a small joint like that or is this made for just IM injections and such?

I was reading up on it and says it has regenerative and healing properties as well as anti-inflammatory. The relief is supposed to only be temporary. Does that mean endless injections forever? How would this work 6 months out from a reconnected elbow tendon surgery?

its temporary i would agree.. if you are pounding away day in and day out at the gym then don't expect it to heal you.. but it will relieve your pain naturally and doesn't act like a corico-steroid where it manipulates your mind into thinking you are healed.

example I hurt the top of my foot 2 days before a 5K race, it was swollen and I couldn't even walk.. so i went in and got traumeel injections in my foot.. the next day i ran the 5K ...

the injections are a pain so i would recommend finding an acupuncturist that does them and visit them
