Transitioning from cutting to LEAN mass gain

I am in week 10 of my cycle using primo, eq, and test ptop with provrion and AIFM.

I have got my body about as lean as is possible (meaning as lean as possible to sustain and still train and grow). I need some help on how to tweak my diet from my current plan to put on some new mass without any fat.

stats 24 years old, 5'7" 185lbs 7%BF

DIET:

Meal 1: 5 oz chicken, 6 EW's, 10 g whey, 3/4 cup oats
Train
Meal 2: PWM 40 g whey, 6 egg whites, 3/4 cup oats

Meal 3: 6 oz chicken, 1TBSP olive oil
Meal 4: 6 oz chicken, 1/3 cup oats
Cardio 30 minutes
Meal 5: 20 g whey
Meal 6: 4 oz steak, 3 oz chicken, 1 TBSP seseame oil
Meal 7: 6 egg whites, 40 z chicken, 1 serving almonds


Should I just increase my carb intake slightly meals 1-4 and keep protein and fats the same?

I have been training 5 days a week and cardio 5 days a week. I train in the am and cardio at night.
