Transferring Gear to Vials - Most Effective?

I have three 60ml jug full of gear = 120ml total. I now need to transfer the gear to vials for use.

I have Questions:

1) How do I ensure complete cleanliness? I must keep the gear sterile. When I open the cap to the jug the opening is small enough (top) to lay a alcohol swap atop it (close air). I can do this while I am putting the gear from the syringe into the vial only. The top (opening) stays open when I am pulling up the gear in to the syringe Is this OK?

2) What is the fastest way to transfer? It takes forever with 3CC 23guage pins. I can not sit there that long -- fuck!

poster...you could get sterile vials and a .22 whatman and just push it thru the whatmans into the sterile filter and you have nothing to worry about...or you could be sloppy and rush it and get a abcess

Use the 60ml jugs a lot and have never had any probs with sterility. Just get an 18ga on a 3ml and suck it out. It doesn't take that long. leave two 18ga in the vial so as not to poke so many holes. One will be used as the vent and one for transferring.

I am not going to filter as I have NO experience with this. I am, however, going to use 2 pins (as described above).

I have already pulled back like 30 ml from the Test Prop. and 30 ml from the EQ and put into 30ml vials. I screwed the top on extremely tight and wrapped the bottle and cap with plastic ceram wrap until the 18g pins get here. Is this OK?

Fuck, I am now curious and will be researching how to filter gear all night!

def filter it , fliters screw into the syringe opening , then you screw the needle onto the filter.
If you heat the gear really well it should suck right up into the syringe even with a 23 guage needle.

But just stop what you are doing becuase if you need to filter it you will have to redraw it all up and re inject it into the vials
where ever you ordered the 18 guage pins you might as well order a filter and a 5cc or 10cc syringe to do it all right

I can order: Whatman 25 MM, PVDF Membrane, .20u pore size, sterile syringe filter. Is that OK? So, I screw it to the syringe latch then what?

Some guys who use the same gear just draw straight out of the original container. They cover the top with an alcohol swab, poke the needle through the swab and draw in like that. I've never heard of anyone having a problem doing it like this. I, however, still chose to filter and transfer to sterile vials. Better safe than sorry, right?

lol, your making something simple seem hard. first, get your sterile vial and put a needle (pref 18g or 20g) in it so it will vent. now get a 10cc syringe (or any for that matter, its just quicker that way) fill syringe with oil, and i like to put a little air bubble at the top so it pushes ALL the oil through the filter... screw on the whatman filter, attach needle (again 18 or 20 works best)to the filter. stab it through the stopper and push all the oil through the filter into the vial. repeat if necissary. also you can heat you gear afterward by placing it in a frying pan, just make sure you leave the needle in to vent

For the vent pin, go with the smallest you have (Slin pin is fine), afterall, it's just air coming out of the vent. Heath, why would you use a 18 or 20g needle? Curious about the reasoning behind that. Doesn't seem like there'd be any benefits... just going to tear apart the rubber septum.

i dunno, just seems like the amount of pressure coming out will would be equal to the amount going in, therefore use the same size needles. i draw with an 18g so one more poke isnt going to hurt anything

I wouldn't worry about the pressure. Oil is replacing air, the air will come out of a slin pin just fine.

AWwww it is easy. LOL. You the man - I got it now!

By the way, I think I am in desperate need of a filter - my ass is killing after only 2 pins. I shot one glute with a CC of prop. and today another CC (1 1/2 days later) shot again and it feels like two deadlegs in my butt cheeks!! I've been sitting funny all day. Have not noticed any redness...yet! Does have a tightened up swell buldge to it...very minimal. You think its just the short ester?

Compared to any other propionate I've taken (different sources), this hurts the most.

Anyway, I will keep you posted! Appreciate the help from all.

the size of particles that can pass through it. 20u pore is a finer filter thatn a 45. personally, i use 45s, but some say to use the 20s

shit sorry i left you hanging, Basskiller is prob the best ref point to goto .
I remeber my first tren conversion and using his guide.
.45 whatman is what I used with a 10cc syringe to inject the tren solution into the sterile vial then placed a 23 guage pin in the top of the sterile tren filled vial's rubber stopped and baked it for 250 degrees for around 20 minutes if i remeber correct.
would not hurt to bake your stuff to. if you bake it ,insert the pin into the rubber stopper at a angle so the plastic part if it melts will not drip onto the vial. the pin is to allow any pressure build up from the dissolvents and alchol to escape so the vial does not explode.
