Transaderm on days off?

From all research, I find that the upper back, shoulders, and chest are the most common. What benefits would doing them on my feet give me, over those options?

The skin on your feet is very thin and has a fair amount of veins running through them (at least mine do). Proabably best spot next to your shoulders....

One more question. Do I change any other parts of supplementation?
Is my creatine necessary? My protein of about 300g a day...is that enough, or do I need more? I drink a ton of water, so that won't be an issue. Anything else I need to know. Bottles will be here today, tomorrow at the latest.
 
You can use your creatine for sure. The recommendation for protein intake is generally a minimum of 1 gram protein per pound of bodyweight and some guys get up too 2 grams per pound of body weight.
