I've always been very very skepticle about this product due to the high fat(sat) content...but the more research I do, the more reviews I read, the better this product sounds...anyone have sound results?
 
Check out the diet board. I thought the consensus that muscle milk was only good when bulking, other than that its fat content is too high.

Just reviewed what it is, breifly.

LOOKS OKAY TO ME. I cant see how it can hurt you, especially since you are going to bulk soon.

I love it. Every flavor. It really does taste like a real milkshake when you mix it with milk, no shit. However, I am never on a diet and don't care how much fat, carbs, or calories are in it. I will say that when I do incorporate it, I have never gained fat from it, and I actually look leaner (for me, lol). But damn, it is the best tasting supplement I have ever had, I even made my girlfriend, my sister, and my mom try it and they all thought it tasted like a milkshake.

Sorry if I didn't help with the fat content concern, just my 2 cents. I personally think I look slightly better when taking this product.

Dont take the Mocha before bed, it contains Caffience and WILL keep you awake. all the others are fine.....

orange cream is the BEST god damn shit i have ever tried, im on the banana creme right now and its ok, as soon as im done with banana im going back to orange creme.
 
Never been a fan of "fruity" drinks............don't they make a peanut butter or the like? How often do you guys consume? All positive results?

All positive so far!! I was consuming it daily, but these days I use it only as an emergency protein source when I have access to a blender at the gym. Saves me money on premixed shakes. So not to often these days. Great stuff, gets expensive though when you go thru a jug per week!
 
Mocha in the morning and Root Beer Float after a workout for me. LOVE this stuff!

I just purchased a big tub of 100% Whey Vanilla Ice cream flavor....wish I had tried this stuff instead

So best flavors are orange creme, root beer float, and mocha? And these are best mixed with milk or water?( I know it's muscle MILK but I'm guessing you can use water too?)

Nice alternative compared to whey & flax oil for a pre-sleep drink. From my reading the extra fat slows digestion/absorption during the nite.

Not too sure if you should be consuming it Post Workout. I remember reading some stuff (Poliquin in particular) who recommended NOT consuming fat PW, just carbs and protein.
 
I've heard a ton of people say they use it PW and before bed......I doubt I'll be taking it before bed, as I'm pretty content on my nightformula shake, some peanuts, and a homemade protein bar........adding that to the mix would be a ton of calories....I may mix it in my oats in the am (when I train early) or in the evening after I train at night....just bought the mocha flav.....which has caffeine too.......

Anyone compete and use this product? Probably be a nice addition to a cycle......
 
milk chocolate rocks! fat is a little high but i only use one scoop at a time mixed with 2 scoops of optimum whey. the taste is defin the best ive found out of all supps ive tried.
