Training while ON question

Ok, what is the verdict on training bodyparts more than once a week while on gear. I personally would like too, but i've been sticking to one bodypart a day once a week, like when i'm off cycle. I would really like to bring up my chest, and im' thinking that 3 times a week wouldn't be bad, cuz i seem to recover hella fast while on gear. Do you think i'd be @ risk of overtraining?

3 times a week is bound for overtraining. Don't overdo it just because you are on gear. Increase sets or volume or reps or whatever you'd like, but don't blow it. Don't hurt yourself either.

so what do you think? only once a week still? i remember BBF saying something about doing it 3 times a week.
 
Why skip from 1 day to 3days???? why not train you chest 2 times per week? I train all of my upper body 2 times per week )on or off cycle) and it works great for me. My legs can only stand once per week, I stay too sore for too long. I train chest/tri's/abs on Mon and thursday. Back/bi's/shoulders onTues. and Fri. And legs on Saturday/ I have Wednesday and Sunday off, although I do Cardio on those days.
 
Depends on your recovery level. Try it twice, and if you're recovering fine, try it three times a week. Back off if you feel like you're overtraining.

Even on gear, when hitting each body part multiple times, it probably means you'll need to either back off the volume each time, or don't go to failure on as many sets.
 
I stick with once per week regardless of if I am on or off. I spent my early years working out my upper body twice per week and my legs once a week. My legs are my best body part. I've since backed off my upper body to once per week and have seen improvement in my gains, but I may change back to 2x per week after a few months just to throw a wrench in the works.

Tried twice per week, didnt work out too well. Plus, why spend extra time in the gym when you dont have to. Now I stick to once per week. Depends on how many sets one does.
