training split

I'm looking for a new training split, any ideas? Currenty, I'm doing a six day split.

day 1 legs

day 2 chest, back

day 3 day off

day 4 arms

day 5 shoulders

day 6 day off

any suggestion would be great.

I'm bulking right now
 
i woultn recommend doing chest and back in the same workout unless u are doing a 2 a day, back is a huge muscle group and needs alot of attention.....


i alternate b/w chest and light tris, back and light bis, legs, shoulders, arms.......
or.....

shoulders and light tris, back and light bis, chest, legs, arms.....

on arm day i do a double.......
