What would be a good, new training program for me? I'm 6'3" 225 up from 178. I guess I hit a sticking point because I'm sittin at 225. I want to get bigger don't care about being ripped just yet.
My diet is o.k. I guess. I eat like a horse. I'm not that clean cause I just care about mass at this point. I try to change my lifting routine every 3 months.
Spend a lot of time doing bulking sets in the gym. Blast every part that you want size on and then feed them massive carbs and protein after the workout. It should work.
