Training Partners Leaving, Help!

Hello, I've been lifting for about 2 years now. I'm in the Military and it's that time when my training partners are leaving. There will be no one left behind who can lift with me. The motivation is'nt a problem, I have plenty of that. But how will I get forced reps, and how will I get a spot. I Work out at a very small gym, many times it's just us there. Any suggestions on how I can change up my training to accomodate this loss, and still make good gains? Thanks brosephs!

forced reps? you don't NEED forced reps. you can still train alone (not advised when absolutely nobody is in the gym) but when you are repping the bar stop right before you fail. when you stop right before you fail your body can recover faster than if you keep going to failure. Everytime i go to the gym i asked for a spotter from someone once because i was maxing.

Yea, I pretty much never lift with a partner... but I do usually have 1 person or so in the gym that could probably help me if needed, although so far I've never needed it.
