Training Partner Bails!

My training partner got a job today
I will be back on my own for a while.
Mrs. Satan will be there but does not have the strength to spot and push. I can feel me shrinking

in my experience females can offer just as much in the gym as males. I am also looking for a solid training partner, but there is rarely many of them.

That sucks!! I have had to go solo for a while. I guess thats where hammer strength comes in handy!

My partner bailed too.
Sometimes he would show up late,not show up or work out like a pussy.
I would tell him at the end of a workout to go home,eat and rest.
What did he do? He would go party all night,snort E and eat a couple slices of pizza.
