Training on gear

Hi guys,i need help..
i am on my first cycle 700mg pharma test prop and 1mg adex every 3 day and i have problem to put muscle. During almost 9 week off cycle i put almost 10kg but only thing that go up is my belly size.

My trainer put me on a standard routine like 5 exercise for muscle group all in 4x10.. 9week i have no result to speak off except that my strenght x pounds of bodyweight is gone up. Now.. he say that i don't grow because i don't have much white fiber. He wanna put me on a new routine
35 set for bodybart all of 15 rep with 30 sec rest. I don't know if trust him or not.

Can you give me some training advice? please i wanna grow. I have made the decison to go 20week on..

Blood work everything is good.. except for hematocrit 54..(value is 52max) i will donate blood as soon as i can.

look like shit... when i start 2 years ago i was 172cm 68kg 18%bodyfat

you should be able to grow off any decent program if you are dieting correctly and on aas also

now are some training programs better then others yes?

but to be on gear, eatting correctly and trainig.. and still not gaining a dam thing something is wrong

i would 1) start with diet
2) give good consideration your gear might be fake
 
If i gain weight diet is spot on for sure.. my tdee is max 2500 i eat around 3100 so is a decent surplus. protein intake is almost 300.. fat is under 50g and rest only carb.

2)Geat can't be fake 100%sure
 
I don't care if you're in a caloric deficit, on 600 mg test/wk you are gonna have some big strength gains by week 9. It sure as he'll ain't gonna be your belly either. Somethings fishy.

Did you get your test from a pharmacy yourself? if not your test is more than likely fake! i dont know why everyone is so certain there gear is real

Do people still cool their gear in a freezer to see if the test crystlaizes? I remember something like that....or taste it...
 
not me haha. i just get blood tests. i actually think the deca im on at the moment is test so im going to get bloods done and if my test comes back at more than hrt (im in 150mg test e per week) then i know my deca is faked as test.

strenght is only thing to speak... my bench went up like 20-25kg..(almost 50 lbs) military press up 15lbs

every compound go up..

problem is the size isn't there. I gained almost 20lbs Only my belly inches is gone up. My arms measure same.. My Chest and my leg too.

I have to wait for size gain? Strengh gain started week 5

"Pharma grade 100%" is when a person go to a pharmacy and take it.

my stuff is 100% pharma grade
 
but did you physically get it yourself from the pharmacy? pharm grade gear sold illegally under ground is more faked than underground labs
 
hes been on test p at 700mg for 9 weeks now either his gear is fake, his diets shit or he trains like a pussy

im not saying your diet or training is shit but 1 of the 3 things have to be of if you arent making gains. maybe change your training to higher reps or something.

i will try... but i am scettic, for my knowledge hypertrophy range is between 70% and 85%1rm.. my trainer want put me on 15-30rep for set(30+set for muscle)like this i am gonna traning with my 50%rep max at best. My trainer says this training is painful.. and pain is good for grow. Whay you guys think?


Another question
I get a blood work 6 week and half on cycle my hematocrit was 48,5
now 2 week after is 53,5..

Ematocrit can go up this fast? let's say in another 2 week it will raise to 58...? is possible? My hemoglobin increase too
 
if hematocrit gets up to 58 you will have serious issues. theres no such thing as a hypertrophy rep range. tear a muscle down and it will grow. i do y3t which has one section of it where i do up to 100rep sets, fucking painful but definitely causes growth. i also go as low as 6 reps

thank you for helping bigorse... i know hematocrit is dangerous but can build up so fast? o there is a point when it stop himself from getting high
 
yes it can build up fast, it will rise faster on some steroids than other, eq is notoriously bad for hematocrit. id recomend giving blood if your hematocrit goes much above 50
 
Before I even read all of it, I thought fake gear... Also your diet can't be eating whatever u want... Bulking doesn't mean pig out on Big Macs n gain size.... It means eat 2.5 cups of jazmine rice and 10 oz of protein compared to 6-8oz protein and 1 cup rice... Diet is key to gaining
 
i say.. that my diet is under 50fat... a big mac it's not gonna fit.

My carb come from pasta,low fat milk. My Protein come from chicken breast and horse meat.. i cut all the shake.
