What are some characteristics of a good training split if you are juicing? How many days a week, what kind of volume? Currently I train one body part a day and spend about an hour at a time in the gym. If I start a cycle should I go to 3 workouts a week, or workout like normal? Is there anything (training wise) that I need to make sure that I do, or don't do, that would differ from a routine that someone who wasn't juicing would do?
