Important note about stretching:

It is now commonly believed that stretching JUST BEFORE lifting heavy weights is not as productive as the muscles are not warm and filled with blood and ACTUALLY make you more suspectible to injuries.

Stretching can help reduce DOMS. I thought everybody knew that by now...

btw, is anybody still trying to get answers to the stretching - lactic acid thread?
