Been lurking around here for a while and would like to start out by saying thanks for a great forum!
I got a question. How do you guys keep track of your weights and results? Do you keep a journal or just keep it in your head?
I quite often get periods where I think "hey I get no strength improvements" so I have started trying keeping a training diary. Atm I am using a free site ( Shapelink.com ) that offers a pretty cool training log with graphs and stuff but my problem is actually keeping track of my weights when im at the gym. How do you guys do that?
