Newb here... Im in the processed of finding the right "Home Gym." I do not have time to run out the gym anymore, so I want to buy an all in one Home Gym with only free weights. That would include a bench, all necessary bars and weights, but also a rack for squating, a chin up bar, and a few other accessories. My question is what brands are good and not cheap and other info I may need as well? Sorry for the long post, but I need help and you guys/gals here seem to be very informative. So please help.

Thanks in advance
Rich

PS-Sorry if I put it in the wrong section.

The only "all-in-one" gym sets I've seen are either bowflex, or noflex ripoffs. I would suggest hitting up a "Play it again sports" or other used equipment store. All you really need is an olympic weight set w/ bar, a flat/adjustable bench, and a power rack. I know I've seen olympic dumbbells before, so you can reuse the same weights if you want dumbbells.

Just out of curiousity how did you get to -261 karma with 10 posts?????

Thanx for the info, Im going to go to a few places around my area and see whats going on.. Oh about the -261 Karma, I have no idea. I signed in one day and it was like that. I was wondering how to get rid of it...? LOL
