Training college girls

I just got a job as a Personal Trainer at the local universty. I have only trained men in the past but there are a lot of college age girls who I will be working with. Can someone outline a routine I can use with these girls. How much cardio, lifting, basic nutrition advice.

sorry man but I would have a shit if I knew my (paid) trainer was on an anonymous forum asking total strangers how he/she should train me :(

In the best interest of these ladies who are about to put all their faith in you, I think you should get a different job.
 
First thing you should do, is go through various fitness/nutrition myths and debunk them(i.e. spot reduction works). After that train them like a guy, if they think they're gonna get bulky, they're wrong, they don't have the hormonal levels and probably don't eat enough to gain too much muscle.
 
How the hell did you get this job if you cant even design a basic routine for an average woman. This is what pisses me off. I have a bad name and people are extremely skeptical (I dont blame them) when I approach them about training because to many people dont know what the hell they are doing and call themselves a personal trainer.
