training bicepts wrong?

I trained back and bi's yesterday and the inside of my elbow is really sore..not the joint, the muscles around it. Does this mean I am training my bi's incorectly?
i did
d/b hammer curls
barbell curls and
alternative bi curls
 
I think you should train your forearm very hard. Your biceps are stronger so your forearms can't take it.
