Hi guys,i was wondering since after an intence work out ur natural testosterone gets low,wouldnt it be logical to stop training after a cycle or at least take it easy in order to let ur body the chance to recover and begin producing tess again?My idea beheind this is that every time u train ur kinda shutting down ur own production of tess so ur body has a harder time getting back to normal levels...
