Training and diet on and post cycle

New member
Ok. I am 25 yrs old, been training now for 5 yrs, 5'9; 175 lbs about 11% bf. I almost ran a cycle I found in the book "Anabolics" which I had NO business running, and luckily got flamed on here for it. I decided to go natty for a while more. I know I will probably cycle conservatively in the future . I have been researching extensively and plan on continuing my research. When I feel ready, I plan on running the following:

Weeks 1-12: 250 mg test E twice a week
Week 1-6: 50 mg var
Week 6-12: 50 mg proviron
Week 4-12 hcgenerate

Pct:
Forma day after last pin
Start "Post Cycle" 2 weeks later
Add need2slin
Follow with bridge

Ok, while "on" obviously I can push harder in the gym without the risk of overtraining due to a greater ability to recover. But obviously my recovery system will once again return to a "natural" level. I have learned to
"listen" to my body and trust the signals it sends me. Just curious how everyone adjusts their training going into a cycle, and coming off.
I have the same question for diet. I realize extra protein and calories would be required while "on" to compensate for accelerated growth; but once again, how does one taper this down after the cycle??? I have a feeling my bf would shoot up if I continued on a high calorie cycle after the ester cleared and I recovered (why I will add need2slin). But how does one balance keeping gains while not getting fat after???
Any help and critique of my possible future cycle is greatly appreciated! I have been addicted to reading these boards and LOVE the info the community provides!
Thanks!

Oops, forgot to include n2gaurd throughout cycle! And special thanks to Needto for taking the time to answer my pm's!

And forgot to mention having letro and nolva on hand in case of gyno...

Your cycle looks pretty good. You are right, the body does transition when coming off. Make sure to keep caloric intake and intensity up. I use phytoserms and powerchews when off cycle. Gear is also great support as well.

The creatine and pre workout powerchews help with keeping intensity and moving strength/mass gainsforward.

And forgot to mention having letro and nolva on hand in case of gyno...

When you cycle off, remember to eat , eat and eat and push yourself in the gym. You will lose strength when you come off and possible size depending on how you cycled. Just remember to train and eat while you are off and the typical rule of thumb is to stay off at least as long as you cycled. You can adjust this as long as you recover. I strongly recommend blood work before and after your cycle so you can see exactly what your T levels are and how to adjust your PCT.

^^^ thanks for the tips guys. Still a little confused though.

-After researching, I came to the consensus that I will be to recover better from more intense workouts while on cycle. Am I right?

- If this is true, should the intensity
stay at the
same level after the cycle? I am
huge on proper recovery and
dont want to overtrain after
cycle.
- I realize I still need to eat after
cycle to maintain gains, but will
my body still utilize calories as efficiently post cycle? If not, how do u guys adjust to avoid unwanted body fat but still maintain what you've gained??

I may be overthinking all this but thanks again!

Your body will change in the sense that you do not have the anabolic impact of the AAS. You have to be aware of being more catabolic and recovering will be less efficient. I would suggest adding Bridge to assist with this when you finish PCT. Not sure what else to add. There is simply a difference being "on."

You already know this,

Maybe add BCAA's and creatine from powerchews????

Let me know what else you need bro.

^^^thanks bratha....I think u said it exactly the way I needed to hear it from someone else. It comes down to "being aware" and being in tune with my body.
