Training 3 days a week

I would like to get some suggestions for the best weight workout I can do with my current time schedule. My goal is to gain as much muscle as possible with the time I have right now. I already have fairly low bodyfat.

What do you guys think would be best routine (exercises, sets, rebs) if I have 3 days a week and about 30mins for each day.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
 
first thought it get some more time!!!

second is deffinatl look in to HST and check out debaser's routines, he loves that shit, he could probably help you the most!

monday:
squats 2x5
Box squats 2x4
leg press 2x5
calves 2x10

Wed:
Flat bench 2x6
decline 2x6
weghted dips 2x10
upright rows 2x5

Fri
Deads 2x5
BB rows 2x4
CG pulldowns 2x6
BB curls 2x6

sets listed are your work sets do enough warmup until your ready to go..obviously with low reps you should be using a heavier weight also dont forget to keep increasing that weight by small amounts each week when possible
