We had some very strong newbies over this past weekend, and a very strong female that won the Mass States 2004.

We tried the sled out, and it was pretty hard in the sandy road. We'll probably end up turning this into a Wheelbarrow Load and Carry.

Don't want to sound idiotic but whats the point of rack deadlifts, are they supposed to be like partials on the bench?

Yes, plus they are a staple of strongman comps.
