Trademarking question

Say someone had the name of something trademarked. For example lets say bowflex (total POS by the way). If I had came out with a product and named it bowflex.com would it be infringement.
Assuming that in this situation the person was an idiot douche and didn't pay for the domain name either.

I'm sure there is a way around this. I could always just spell it differently as well. I'd buy up there domain name and have the people redirected to the site where it is spelled wrong. It's possible to get redircted like that right?

Wait.... It says TM next to it. I looked that up and it means unregistered trademark. As opposed to registered trademark.
