He's just doing it for show - if the media hadn't called him out, he'd never have done it. I can't stand these "forced" apologies - like that kramer guy and mr imus!

I agree, he is just going for laughs and many people think what he said was funny. We have a very sensitive society. He does not determine what people will or will not laugh at. He just wants to be funny.
