Tracking incoming international parcels

Sorry if this is slightly off topic guys, but I'm just a little worried. I have a parcel that Im tracking. I just checked it and it arrived at the international hub at the airport around an hour ago, and under status (with tracking and tracing online,) it says "held." Does this mean customs has it?? Under detailed description, the last 2 events were, "sorted in hub" then "arrived at hub."

Any help appreciated!
