The answer to our prayers.... TRAC (MHP) creatine is a time-released, l-Argenine, and Creatine mix... This stuff kicks ass... Has anyone else tried it?? I didn't hold hardly any water and my strength skyrocketed.. Its kind of expensive, but I'd like to know if anyone else had positive (or negative) results from it...

The idea is, l-argenine acting as a vasiodialator will deliver the creatine to your muscles quick without all that sugar... Use it on low-carb or even precontest diet...
