Your buddy got caught with a little d-bol, o.k. it was his first offense this is good. Now lets look at the federal guide line, well he falls on the bottom rung of that ladder he is looking at 0-6 months jail time. If he pleads guilty and accepts responsibility for his actions he will get a 2 point reduction on his total points. The total number of points determines where you fall on the guide line "ladder".More than likely he will get a couple years probation, community service and a fine. He will more than likely be drug tested during his probation. And if his PO gets a hard on for him they have been known to pull hair samples.
