Well, some of you probably read the thread where I said that I bought gift cards at KMart and got completely stiffed. There was no money on the cards. Well, I complained enough and went in there in person until the manager found my transaction and replaced the cards that didn't work. I thought, "all is well that ends well." I get up this morning and have emails that now the SECOND cards are EMPTY too! Holy heck! I'm going to go get my CASH back (not more phoney cards) or I'm calling the police this time.

Our local Kmart here was refusing to pay rent on one of their locations. They eventually moved, but still owed a lot of money which they never repaid.

Please, do not support Kmart. They are pathetic.

lol , I bet they give you a hard time about converting it to cash.. If you notice Walmart and other big box stores are issuing gift cards instead of cash if you return items.. This is so you have to spend it back with them.. its also due to the fact that most people lose the cards and it becomes free money for them.......Think of how many people return items to all of the Wal-marts in the world.... now think of how many people lose the little gift cards..... Thats a great source of revenue....

I actually would probably have spent less if I were buying real gifts. When you buy cards they know exactly how much I spent on them, so I tend to spend more...lol.
