Qucik question for you all.
I am 33, 6'0 205 lbs.
Been lifting for 3 1/2 years.
I am wondering what is my best beginer cycle using Dec (which is what I can get)
Should I do 400-500mgs a week? And what about PCT. Should I concern myself w/ this for my first cycle?
I am sure this has all been answered before. However.....
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Retard proof directions would be great!
