I would like some advice on how to get bigger muscles as fast as possible.
Im not sure steriods is the best solution but i want a "shortcut"
I have only lifted weights for about a month and ive seen improvements. My goal is not be huge but i do want to get bigger.
Im very slim i weigh 70kg ( 154 Lbs ) and im 185cm (about 6 feet ) tall.
30 years old and i lift weights 6 days a week. I´m currently not on any special diet but i drink gainer (Gigant pro mass) after every workout. I´´m getting ready to do a 4 week very intense effort to get my upperbody to look more muscular.
Please supply me with any hints and tips on what to do to give my body the boost it needs. I can upload a pic of me if anyone is intrested ( you might laugh at my skinnyness tho
