Total newbie needs advice

Hello

I would like some advice on how to get bigger muscles as fast as possible.
Im not sure steriods is the best solution but i want a "shortcut"
I have only lifted weights for about a month and ive seen improvements. My goal is not be huge but i do want to get bigger.
Im very slim i weigh 70kg ( 154 Lbs ) and im 185cm (about 6 feet ) tall.
30 years old and i lift weights 6 days a week. I´m currently not on any special diet but i drink gainer (Gigant pro mass) after every workout. I´´m getting ready to do a 4 week very intense effort to get my upperbody to look more muscular.
Please supply me with any hints and tips on what to do to give my body the boost it needs. I can upload a pic of me if anyone is intrested ( you might laugh at my skinnyness tho ;))

dont touch roids for at least 2 years.

Train hard, and eat anything that dont move. lots of protein.

if you hang around here for a while you will learn alot there are some good bro's on here and know what they are talking about


so you have just started traing my advice will be first sort out your diet
to pack some muscle on you are going to need a good intake of protein , carbs and calories, you need to bulk first so eat like a pig

2nd train very hard start with 3-4 days a week you will need time to recover

you could start on some creatine and protein shake (as you said)

don't even think of juicein as you need to pack on as much weight as poss
this is the best way trust me

and no there is no easy way out it take's time so eat hard (clean) train hard
in 1-2 years you will some good results

You're getting good advice here. The fact that you are so thin indicates that you have a high metabolism. The only way to gain mass is to eat more; it's simple physics.

If you started taking steroids but didn't change your diet you would see a small increase in muscle from using your calories more efficiently. But, the muscle will be gone right after you stop taking the gear.

As you learn more about diet and training you can customize a plan that works best for you. For now the easiest thing to do is to drink one of your gainer shakes 3 times a day in between meals.
 
you've came to the right place bro

increase your protein and caloric intake substantially,hit the weights as heavy as you can with proper form,get enough rest...continue to do that for 2 or 3 years so you will have a solid foundation to build upon.read all you can about steroid profiles and cycles,and post cycle therapy,AI's and Serms and then only then can you make an educated decision on whether you want to do gear or not.

If that's what you are looking for then you need to learn how to eat right first of all and then how to train.
Steroids aren't really a shortcut they just give you a slight edge if everything is in place.
 
In addition to all the above advice, I'd tell you to not go so hard that you burn out. I've seen many people come and go at my gym 2 months after they start. Be serious, but don't push too hard. If you don't feel like going to the gym one day, then just go in an do a light workout, which is better then nothing. Working out is alot like dieting. Diet to hard and your diet wont last long.
 
Eat,eat,eat and eat some more.

Go very light on the cardio.

IMHO lift every other day not every day.

Get your rest.

Stay away from the booze as much as possible.

Heavy on the carbs before lifting and after. (some will disagree)

If you are having a hard time putting on weight. Load carbs at night before bed.

Dont worry about being cut right now, go for mass.

And last, EAT,EAT,EAT,and eat some more!!!

Stay with it, it will come.
 
if your looking to get big fast don't count on it weight lifting is something u have to be very dedicated to. you been working out for only a month you need to continue working out for a couple years and learn whats best workouts and diets for u, Dont think that u can work out for 4 months and become the incredible hulk. if u arent goin to be dedicated then quit right now because when u quit later on all ur gains will slowly go away. Steroids now would be stupid when u have so much potential to actually get bigger without em and its just a waste of money. Anyways train hard and eat youll get big. It takes time to pack on quality muscle.
 
Without proper knowledge and experience with diet and exercise, steroids would be wasted on you.

Diet and exercise are key.
