"TOTAL" Cereal, is it any good?

Hi,

I am curious, is "TOTAL" ceral any good for dieters or as a supplement to MultiVitamin Pills?

Would love your opinions, as TOTAL seems to have tons of vitamins in it. :)

Thanks!

I would do Fiber One (my favorite), more fiber and will digest slower. This should help keep any of it from being stored as fat later.

I just saw a box of fiber one and the ingredients, sugar and lots of unprnouncable stuff, i think i'll stick with good old oats :D

Yea, oats are best. I must have something else, the Fiber one or whatever it is has no sugar or fat. But yes, oats with splenda or fruit or something would be better.

Hmm maybe our recipe to fiber one and the american recipe differs

do u have a list of ingredients?

Man I have such a bone to pick with cereal companies touting they're products to be healthy!
Kellogs should be sued

Bro i just checked the US site for fiber one. The uk version is made by nestle and the ingredients differ slightly with the inclusion of the evil sugar in fiber one in the uk but it hasnt got the evil aspartame ;)

thats interesting........I am glad, I have no problem with aspartame, it puts hair on yer chest:)

Can Someone Post the Ingredients of Total Cereal so that we can all make a recommendation?...........

Lets give this a try..

I must say that that does look like a valueble source of nutrients.
I would say that it could be built into a well-balanced diet.

Maybe for those cutting hard, or pre-contest dieting, maybe they should stick to oats, but for the rest of the world, its a good choice IMO.

Uncle Sam Cereal

I buy it from wal-mart

It's cheap and simply toasted rolled wheat with whole flax seed. I add toasted wheat germ, add a little honey, add some almonds, raisons, and dates and wholla.... a great nutritious cereal.
