I was just wondering how many people use the simple method of multiplying bodyweight by a certain number to determine calories for bulking. For example 15 cals per pound of bodyweight= maintain, 18-25 cals x bodyweight to bulk. Also what number has worked for you to bulk? I have used michael and kendra alias excell sheet and was wondering if any of you have had sucsess with simple method.
