Torn ligaments suck!!!!

Im undergoing ultrasound treatment at the moment for torn ligaments in my wrist and ankle. After a fall.

This really sucks, its been 6 weeks since it happened and i got a way to go yet!

They stated maybe 8 - 10 weeks!

anyone else ever had this?
if so how did those areas react after they healed up?

Beats surgery...then you would be looking at 6 - 8 mnths recovery time.

Beats a stick in the eye too.
