topical accutane??

Yeah I've used it. The type I've used is a different brand, but its Trentonin cream(oral Accutane is Isotrentonin, the cream variety is Trentonin). Very aggressive shit indeed. You use it in the areas you MOST need it. It FRYS the acne and all the scar tissue that would have become of it. It'll look pretty scary when its doing its work though. When I was a teenager, 10 years before I started AAS, I had really bad acne and did 4 months of Accutane tabs. No problem since, even when on AAS.

I've used the cream on the back of my head, I get a heater there every so often. Effective stuff. Because those ones never really correlated with my cycles, I suspected it was something the back of my head was coming in contact with. So I did a wet swab of a few benches at my Gym and incubated the cultures in the Bio lab at University. TONS of Staff bacteria on those.

It is in North America. Shouldn't be a hassle getting a script for that though. Most MD's will give that kind of(the topical) stuff out like candy on Halloween.

The topical and the pill are 2 doifferent things.

The actual Accutane works systematically, changing things LONG TERM, for life, for many.

The topical stuff cannot and will not work that way.

I have used both.

Accutane is NOT a "fix it now" drug. It is meant for long term use and you MUST commit to long consistent use of the product (like 4-6 months, which can be damned uncomfortable for some) in order to get the real benefits. Its not "Clearasil". If you stick with it that long its benefits will continue after you stop taking it. For many people, they have improvements which last for the rest of their lives.

The topical stuff has some similarities, but it does NOT work that way. Use it, get a benefit, stop it, the benefit stops (its not quite THAT black-and-white, but its close).
