top ramen=good carbs?

i was just curious how many people use top ramen as a source of carbs and is it a good source of carbs for a bodybuilder?.....its easy to make and cheap as dirt!!

Very fatty as well, they are FRIED NOODLES.

yea but for tuna you can run it under some water adn get rid of alot of it......

as for the taste (which no one likes), there are a million ways to eat it.......with 2 tblspoons of salsa, with a little lemon squeezed on it....with some ketchup...with anything healthy that you like
 
Romen noodles have trans fatty acids (aka TRANS FAT). Steer clear of them at all costs, which is none LOL...Like ~SC~ said, it's fried noodles...You'll bulk alright, around the waist and gut

noodles are fried
no not only high carb but high fat
and garbage fat

The noodles do taste pretty good though. Nah, I agree with Tex - get the oat meal. If you are not sure about the oatmeal, there used to be a pretty good thread on here on how to do an 'oat meal.' Dang I miss that thread.
 
I would suspect that Lifting freak is in college- it seems like everyone here (in college) eats Top Ramen. I dont eat the stuff, havent eaten it for years.

but i cannot afford to eat it now
 
all my old roommates lived off that shit, they'd see me making liek 50 chx breasts for the week and they'd be so confused as to why i just dont eat noodles, then I fk em up at surfing... they like, how u cutback so fast, im like chx bro.

ya im a typical college student, im just trying to find out good, convienent, tasty carbs that will promote muscle growth...
 
Only growth it will promote is fat growth. Bro, stick to the oatmeal and your green vegetables. Also try rice cakes or Metamucil crackers w/ some ANPB. Fucken GRUB.
