says '...arms should be sticking straight out to the sides, elbows NOT tucked in and the bar should be at upper chest shoulder level.' when doing rack lockouts
why is that?
when doing racklockouts i normally use the same form as in doing a regular bench press, or i do them close gripped with elbows tucked at max
i can see the point in 'upper chest shoulder level', because it probably hits the tris more, but i don't grasp why the arms should be straight out?
wouldn't that mean that you'll be locking out with a bodybuilding-bench-press form - arms sticking out, elbows not tucked?
