make sure your eating 6-7 times a day. Add a couple TBS of natty peanut butter to each meal. Eat a good amount of lean beef, steaks, chicken, eggs, sweet potatoes, broccoli, oats, brown rice, fish, etc.. Try muscle milk protein shakes, they taste great and have a lot of calories compared to other protein shakes. You have to work out hard in the gym also! Good luck.
