took NSCA-CPT today

not too bad. some pretty decent questions.
first 30 questions were VIDEO questions. they would have an exercise performed either correctly or slightly incorrect and ask questions based on it. pretty good.
lots of case scenarios too.

i liked it better than ACE.

heard this was one of the better certs... how long was the entire testing? after video, what form were the rest of the ??... essay?

how long to wait for your results? (although I'm sure you aced it)

why didn't you take the NSCA-CSCS? That one is FAR better in my opinion. The only certs worth spending money on are the NSCA and the ACSM

because im not degreed yet nor am i in my junior or senior year. not anyone can take cscs.

i agree acsm and nsca, also nasm, but they are a bit more radical in thinking. rts is good but not many have it.

6 weeks wait. ugh!!!

30 questions pertaining to video.
90 more were mult choice. some case scenarios, some direct questions. most were situational though. so and so has such and such bp and heart rate. etc. etc. not so bad though.
