One of my friends wants to take either Clen or NYC to lose weight. I have always told her she is too young(17), and could mess up her thyroid. She has been doing cardio, and weight training for almost 3 years. She's in great shape, but wants to lose the last few.
So my question is: Is she really too young? I tell her she is, but I dont really know that much about the two( Clen, NYC). I would appreciate any help. Thanks
