too much supplements???

OK, let's say, that through out the day, I take four different supplements along with my diet. Like let's say I take some ProM3 in the morning, V12 and Whey during the day, and some casein before bed, as well as eating the right foods throughout the day. Is that alright to do?
 
that sounds pretyy good bro lots of people use multiple supps the day.you should try the v12 before the gym and have some in your postworkout shake i have used it before the gym and i have noticed stronger lifts and better pumps.as long as your diet is all good ,lots of whole foods, the supps should be no problem hope this helps
 
99.9% of the products out there don't do jack IMO. I stay with he basics. ECA stack, Protein powder, MRP, and a Multi-Vitamin. You can also use Creatine and Glucorell.
