too much r-ala

Are there any risks to taking 2-3 grams of r-ala/day. I have taken this much of regular ala but wasn't sure if r-ala would be much different.

So anything past 800mg/day of r-ala will not help me lower my insulin requirements? Keep in mind that I am diabetic also.

But what if I'm simply following label instructions? (1 pill for every 30 carbs). If I eat 300 carbs a day, that's about 10 pills right there... 1 big G alltogether. Should I just stick with 8 a day, no more, no less?

300 carbs a day.....lucky bastard.....Usually don't mind cutting, but for some reason this week has been killing me.
 
Yeah that's a good question, I had been wondering that myself. I just started using glucorell-R and thermorexin as a trial run. Must say, the thermorexin works a little TOO well as an appetite suppressant lol, it's damn hard to even eat just the protein I need during the day, much less the carbs from rice and oats... hasn't been long enough to tell about fat-loss, but the appetite suppressant works! On the glucorell, I've been taking the label recommendation also, but I take in at least 300g of carbs per day right now, anything less than about 3200cal/day and I lose muscle, even without cardio. So it's ok for me to take 10-11 caps per day... good to know :)

Lol, that was just an example. These days I'm usually eating around 500g:)
 
I had a similar question. On days when I do a long/intense cardio workout (sometimes 2) plus have a few carb-heavy meals I am up around 300-400g of carbs in 5-6 servings. That ends up being a lot of R-ALA and it aint cheap at those doses. So is it really useful to take it for post-workout carbs? I figure if my body is that "thirsty" for carbs and I take in ~50g of sugars immediately after my workout then do I really need the R-ALA to help. Should I just save it for 2-3 doses per day with my brown rice and oats?
