Hey guys!! I'm new to posting but really enjoy these boards. I am a big fan of r-ala. However, i was wondering what would happen if you take too much. Sometimes I go overboard with carbs and feel so guilty that I want to take a bunch of r-ala even though I know you should really take 1 pill for every 30 g carbs. What do you think? Also, is it a waste to take them with protein bars? Thanks!!
