Too much protein isn't a bad thing, but it won't do you any good to go crazy with protein, your body can handle so much, if you get too much it would just be wasted protein.
Someone at the gym told be that anything over your body's limit will be excreated. Theres a formula to it like every gram after every 1.2 grams of protein times your body weight in kg is excreated. Is this not true?
