I'm sure you'll all be happy to know that I did that the correct amount of fish oil today, 2tsp instead of 2tbsp.. and now I'll take the 2tbsp of flaxseed oil this afternoon. If you were curious, I did not end up growing gills or a dorsal fin.
Uhh, I take 4 tbsp fish oil daily - I love to swim, but I can run pretty fast (well at least them joints and inflammation don't bother me)
Consume fish oil in the morning to suppress inflammation, since in the morning COX is at the peak!
Consume fish oil in the evening to be assimilated for neural tissues and recovery processes!
i.e. - consume fish oil all fk'n day aNd be solid as rock (fish oil=ppar alpha agonist=fatty acids oxidation)!!
so in your opinion, if I were looking for somewhere to add a few hundred calories per day and start putting on some muscle (assuming I already am getting sufficient protein), going up to 400 calories per day of fish oil would be a good place for some or all of the extra calories?
