Fat content seems VERY high ... I always try to NOT eat higher fat/carb in the same meal. SO, if the carb count in the meal is minimal and you like your kippers, I don't see a HUGE problem with it as long as you're getting in your healthy fats & feel it's working for you. I drink no less than 3 litres of water !
I have lost 17lb in 9 weeks and just over two inches of my waist on this diet with one cheat meal on weekends.
This week I have done 45min cardio in the mornings 3 days but lift weights 5 nights, just to shock my body a little. For the whole of the 9 weeks before this I was doing weights in the morning with 20min cardio at the end with just one 45min session cardio weekend.
