Too long between work outs?

I was thinking of going back to my old split of 48hours between workouts. Here is why: I've been training with the same intensity for a while now and the same time between workouts. However, I get sore sometimes the next day. The same thing would happen on a larger scale. If you did a routine you worked up to, stopped for a month, then started up again, you'd be sore. Any advise??????:bawling:
 
Give it a whirl man. Don't be afraid to try something new. If you're making progress with what you're doing now, then you might want to stick to it awhile longer before switching routines.
 
Yep - MIX IT UP!!

The two simplest truths in bodybuilding as far as I'm concerned are:

1. Everything works!
2. Nothing works for long!
