Tomorrow's workout

I'm thinking about tomorrow's workout. Going to try a MM type workout for my bench.

Close grip benches - to 3 RM
4 board press - to max
3 board press - to max
rack lockouts - to max
Barbell Rows - 5x5 maybe or 4x10
Pullups 2 sets

I might drop one of the boards and/or the pullups if I'm too tired.

Whatcha all think? I'll video tape it.
 
I think that I couldn't manage that much volume... YET. There's no doubt this type of training works wonders, but I'm going to encorporate it bit-by-bit.

The 5x5 rows after four max lifts is just frightening...

I wasn't planning to make it that heavy - just light and easy with a good squeeze at the top.

I've done ME bench, incline, and decline on the same day before with good results so it shouldn't be that bad

i remember one workout when i got tired i dropped the weight and did some reps and it almost made me puke up my celltech...maybe that's too much information :evil: :insane:
LOL. but hey, don't ya love that feeling of nausea right in the middle of training?!? i know i do!!! i think that workout is good to go. videotape it and we'll see what ya got, brotha!! tb
