I'm thinking about tomorrow's workout. Going to try a MM type workout for my bench.
Close grip benches - to 3 RM
4 board press - to max
3 board press - to max
rack lockouts - to max
Barbell Rows - 5x5 maybe or 4x10
Pullups 2 sets
I might drop one of the boards and/or the pullups if I'm too tired.
Whatcha all think? I'll video tape it.
